Terms of Service

1. The Service

Warehubcy is a cloud F&B inventory and operations platform operated by A.G. HorecaCy 3button Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus ("Warehubcy", "we"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Service at warehubcy.eu and any related downloadable applications.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us at andreas@3buttontrading.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Each user account is for one natural person — credential sharing is not allowed.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are invoiced in advance, annually or monthly. Invoices are issued in EUR and include any applicable Cyprus VAT. Late payment after 30 days may result in suspension of the Service. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the next renewal date.

4. Trial period

Trial workspaces are limited to the features and quotas displayed at sign-up and expire on the date shown in your workspace settings. After expiry, access to most modules is suspended; your data is retained for 90 days for reactivation, then deleted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store data you do not have the legal right to store (especially personal data of third parties without lawful basis).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to compete with us or to build a competing service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written consent.
• Send unsolicited bulk emails through any Warehubcy email pipeline.

6. AI features

Some features (invoice OCR, anomaly detection, predictions) rely on third-party large language models. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and you should review them before relying on them for accounting, compliance, or operational decisions.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence solely to process that data to deliver the Service, comply with the law, and detect fraud or abuse. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.

8. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime, measured at the application URL, but do not currently commit to a contractual SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance to account owners.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing (when available) or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
